This patient is shown after breast implant removal with fat transfer to the breasts, creating a smaller and more natural result while preserving gentle volume and shape. After previously having 350cc silicone implants, she wanted less fullness and a softer upper breast contour. Fat transfer using the patient’s own natural tissue helped enhance shape after explant surgery while avoiding implants. She is extremely happy with her results and loves the natural look and feel achieved with this technique.
